A Sisters Project is a movement. It is a global call to action to help women and children around the world living in fear and poverty. Sisters Sydney and Cassidy Tshimbalanga launched A Sisters Project after visiting the Democratic Republic of Congo in 2011 and working in a local orphanage. Imagine living in one of the poorest countries in the world and then imagine being an orphan in that country. That’s a reality for the children orphaned at the Congregation of Sisters Franciscan Stigmatines in Kinshasa DRC. Sydney and Cassidy had an opportunity to work and play with the kids in the orphanage, but most of all they had an opportunity to learn and be inspired.

From Sisters to Sisters, A Sisters Project allows Sydney and Cassidy to help the Congregation of Sisters Franciscan and other women and children around the world.
